NO PERCHANCE TO DREAM - SEVERAL TRIPS #(Change the Record) Make Celebrities History

All my tunes and videos are a work in progress, at a very early stage, particularly the videos, which are very basic--done using cheap software, Lots of development of tunes to come, in all departments, so don't write this stuff off just yet. Probably spent about a day at the most, so far, on most tunes, and 10 to 20 minutes on videos (at the learning skills stage). If you judge these tunes on that basis, you might even think something good is going on here. I can't really give an opinion myself (some of the comparisons are not too obvious to me; flattering all the same), but I've been compared to the following artists: SHEEP ON DRUGS, ROBIN HITCHCOCK, SWANS, THROBBING GRISTLE, BAUHAUS, DAVID BOWIE (AN INFERIOR ONE, OF COURSE), TUBEWAY ARMY, BONZO DOG DOO-DAH BAND, LOU REED, FAD GADGET, THE MISSION, THE RESIDENTS, THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS, SID BARRETT, LADYTRON, SPARKS, DEPECHE MODE, BRIAN ENO, DAVID BYRNE, PETER MURPHY, PHILIP GLASS, CABARET VOLTAIRE, SWANS, REMAIN IN LIGHT, TA! LKING HEADS, NEIL INNES, BARNES AND BARNES, ALIEN SEX FIEND, DEVO, A CERTAIN RATIO, HEAVAN 17, IGGY POP, PET SHOP BOYS, STEVE REICH, SISTERS OF MERCY, FRANK TOVEY, COIL, CHROME, JOHN CALE, JOHN FOXX

If You Wear That Velvet Dress 11. Please 12. Wake Up Dead Man "Pop" is the ninth studio album by Irish rock band U2, released in March 1997. The album was a continuation of the band's 1990s reinvention, as they pursued a new musical direction by combining alternative rock, techno, dance, and electronica influences. The album employs a variety of production techniques relatively new to U2, including sampling, loops, programmed drum machines, and sequencing. Recording sessions began in 1995 with various record producers, including Nellee Hooper, Flood, Howie B, and Steve Osborne, who were introducing the band to various electronica influences. At the time, drummer Larry Mullen, Jr. was inactive due to a back injury, prompting the other band members to take different approaches to songwriting. Upon Mullen! 's return, the band began re-working much of their material but ultimately struggled to complete songs. After the band allowed manager Paul McGuinness to book their upcoming 1997 PopMart Tour before the album was completed, U2 were rushed into completing the album. Even after delaying the album's release date from the 1996 Christmas and holiday season to March 1997, U2 ran out of time in the studio and the final product was not to their liking. Since the album's release, many of its songs have been re ...
